MakeItMatter-Award 2022

With the MakeItMatter Award, the >SMART> GREEN Accelerator and the EWS Schönau are looking for startup pioneers who are advancing the energy transition with their solutions. The EWS Sonnencent support programme donates prize money for the best ideas. In 2022, the award went into the fourth round: Three startups were awarded at the >SMART> GREEN Startup Night with a total of €40,000.

• 1st place PV2+: Substitution of silver by copper in high-efficiency solar cells
• 2nd place RABOT CHARGE: Intelligent electricity tariffs for e-mobility and private households
• 3rd place WeDoSolar: Smart balcony solar system for the power socket
