We make innovation!
We only advise what we have developed and implemented ourselves. Prototyping new products, modelling new business fields and innovation processes are part of our daily business. But what we are really good at, is how to actually do innovation practically. We see ourselves as entrepreneurs not consultants.
Note: machn now stands on its own. machn was born out of Grünhof and grew within it, carried by a strong network, inspired by the shared spirit, and enriched by many encounters, ideas, and people. Since August 2025, the former Grünhof 3000 GmbH has continued as machn GmbH for strategic reasons and is no longer part of the Grünhof world.
Jonathan supported me in the strategic orientation of Carla Cargo, and together we planned an implementation that was right for us. What helped me most was the structured approach, pragmatic suggestions based on practical experience, and the experience that Grünhof himself has as a “managing director.”
