Yes! If you only want to spend a day in coworking every now and then, you can simply book a day ticket. This is available for both locations and can be booked in advance or on site at short notice.
A membership is worthwhile if you want to cowork more than 3-4 days a month and/or want to benefit from the community advantages.
The most obvious benefit: You can use our coworking spaces according to your chosen plan, giving you a change of scenery from working from home, a place to focus, and a vibrant community around you!
With all memberships starting at the part-time plan, you’ll also get a 50% discount on meeting room bookings, plus monthly included hours so you can hold your meetings in peace. You can see how many hours are included for each membership plan here.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Contact persons are also on site during this time.
If you want to cowork outside opening hours, you can do so with a 24/7 key. With FixDesk and Teamspace as well as the full-time FlexDesk membership, access is included. With all other FlexDesk tariffs, you have the option of booking 24/7 access as an additional service.
Yes, all FlexDesk workstations are equipped with a monitor. Just plug your laptop into the USB-C cable and get to work!
Unfortunately, you can’t set up your own monitor permanently in our FlexDesk area. All workstations here are already equipped with an external monitor.
If you’d like to always work at the same desk, where you can leave your belongings - such as your monitor - on site, we recommend a FixDesk, which you can set up yourself. In the team offices, too, you bring everything yourself that goes beyond the basic office furniture (tables, chairs) - whatever suits your needs.
Of course, regular phone calls and video calls are part of everyday life in today's working world. Both locations have modern, soundproofed and ventilated telephone booths for this purpose. There are also peripheral areas and alcoves where you can retreat if all the phone booths are occupied.
If you would like to hold a longer meeting, use an external screen and/or discuss with several people on site, we recommend booking a meeting room. You can find more information here.
Pets are not allowed in our coworking locations for hygienic and allergological reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide parking spaces at Grünhof Augustinerplatz. This location is very easily accessible by public transportation, and there are also several parking garages and parking lots around the city center.
At Kreativpark Lokhalle, we have 14 adjacent parking spaces available for our coworking and room rental customers. These parking spaces cannot be booked or reserved. If you’d like to rent a permanent underground parking space, please contact us by email!
If you already have a Grünhof membership, you will find (almost) all the information about your membership, the locations, community events and more in the Community Tool. You have received the link for this in your welcome e-mail, and can also find it in our weekly newsletter.
Of course! Flexible upgrades or downgrades are possible for all FlexDesk tariffs. If you need more coworking days and want to switch to a higher rate, you can do so directly from the following month. A notice period of one month to the end of the month applies to downgrades. Simply send us a short email and we will make the changes accordingly, or manage your plan yourself in the Community Tool.
All FlexDesk memberships have a notice period of one month (to the end of the month). For example, if you inform us of your decision to terminate your Grünhof membership on March 7, the contract will expire on April 30. The same contract end date applies if you cancel on March 31.
The notice period for FixDesk contracts is two months, for Teamspaces five months to the end of the month.
To cancel your subscription, simply send a brief, informal email to coworking@gruenhof.org, letting us know your desired end date and, if you'd like, the reasons for your cancellation.
