Diese Woche: Legal Aspects - Know the Law! Starting a business isn’t easy. Usually the last things you want to think about are the legal aspects. However, liability risks can be avoided by getting proper legal advice early during the process. Which legal entity should you choose for your company? How do I protect my idea? Can I pay my employees through a profit-sharing mechanism? In this event we will find answers to these questions! Speaker: Andreas Lieb Andreas is a lawyer specialising in corporate law for the german law firm SNP Schlawien Partnerschaft mbB. He graduated from the University of Freiburg in 2017 and has worked for international law firms in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. Currently he is researching for a phd project in corporate law. Andreas is a member of the Foundersclub Freiburg and mentor for the Black Forest Accelerator of startUp.connect. Wie funktioniert’s?
