Workshop „Say It So It Sticks: Positioning That Lasts.”
Get Out of Stress Mode – The Stress Check: Understand, Recognize, and Change
For many people, stress has long been a part of everyday life—often so much a given that they don’t notice their own warning signs until their bodies and minds have already adapted to chronic stress. Have you often wondered what your stress level is like?
This concise workshop offers an accessible and practical introduction to the topic of stress: How does stress arise, which stressors are particularly common in everyday life, and how does our body react to stress? Participants will gain valuable insights to help them become more aware of their own stress patterns, identify personal triggers, and develop initial effective strategies for sustainably reducing their stress levels. In addition, the workshop provides an insight into anti-stress coaching with emTrace—a scientifically validated method that helps participants resolve stressful triggers in a targeted and lasting way. The goal of the workshop is to gain greater clarity about one’s own stress reactions, take away concrete starting points for greater inner calm and self-regulation, and learn about the possibilities of professional anti-stress coaching.
