About: Design Thinking is a human-centered methodology for innovation. This popular approach emphasizes deep listening, empathy, whole-brain thinking, radical collaboration, and creativity. Beyond its use for traditional product development, it has been applied to a variety of fields such as architecture, urban planning, social innovation, public governance, as well as career and workflow planning.This intense, hands-on, 2-day workshop is designed for professionals who want to learn about the theory and practice of Design Thinking. You will work through a series of Design Challenges and Group Exercises. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to apply the Design Thinking method to your work. Instructors: Dr. Djahane Banoo specializes in helping professionals deliberately design their workflows and careers. In his previous role as Global Head of Service Innovation at SAP, Michel’s team was responsible for finding, evaluating and establishing new ways of doing business by improving the Service concept.
