Design Studio / Advertising Agency

The design studio STARKAD, based in Freiburg and Berlin, was founded in 2013 by Simon Becke and Johannes Orthmayr. We combine communication design and audiovisual media to create moving images, design corporate identities from web to print, and develop and program UX-based ideas for websites. Thanks to a large network of designers, developers, illustrators, and copywriters, we can engage with our projects individually and implement them creatively and holistically, from the initial idea to the final product. We work with museums, cultural institutions, artists, companies in the crafts, industry, and marketing sectors, and are always open to new projects and industries.
