Der Foundersclub Freiburg bietet mit seinem SPARK-Programm über 9 Wochen die Möglichkeit, Grundlagen für eine Gründung kennenzulernen. Teil des Programms ist der wöchentliche Stammtisch mit tollen Speakern! Und ihr seid als Grünhof-Community eingeladen!

Diese Woche: Teambuilding – Teamworks makes Dreams work Often people underestimate the importance of a well functioning team during the Entrepreneurship process. In fact, usually the team is the reason why a Startup is successful or not. In this event we will learn about team building and how to use each team member’s strengths to make the most out of the initial idea. To do so we take a look into the Team-Canvas and learn about the most important elements of successful teamwork. Speaker: Steffen Weyreter Steffen himself is an entrepreneur who holds a M.Sc. in Psychology and is currently PhD at the Chair of Entrepreneurship at the University of Freiburg. Furthermore he works as Freelancer as a strength-orientated career and startup coach. He focuses on discovering and developing one’s full personal potential, always with the goal to find one’s passion.   Wie funktioniert’s?
