Design Thinking is a human-centered methodology for innovation. This popular approach emphasizes deep listening, empathy, whole-brain thinking, radical collaboration, and creativity. Beyond its use for traditional product development, it has been applied to a variety of fields such as architecture, urban planning, social innovation, public governance, as well as career and workflow planning. This intense, hands-on, 2-day workshop is designed for professionals who want to learn about the theory and practice of Design Thinking. You will work through a series of Design Challenges and Group Exercises. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to apply the Design Thinking method to your work.
